Folsom Dam auxiliary spillway and Folsom Lake Crossing from the air, California

One system for the work your team does by hand.

Capveon sits on top of the CRM, ERP, estimating and document systems you already run, keeps one record per job, account and spec across them, and does the work in between. The next workflow is configuration, not another product.

Three steps, every time

  1. Connect

Read-only to the CRM, ERP, estimating system, project data, documents, email and lead feeds you already run, and to the public record. Capveon learns your objects, fields and owners.

  2. Understand

The same customer, project, job, product and document under different names in different systems is resolved into one record. Documents are read as clauses, not keywords.

  3. Work

Qualify, research, review, route, draft, write, forecast. The handoffs your people do today between systems, and the predictions the history supports. A person approves before anything is written.

A lead, a CRM account, a bid, a job cost record and an award email are five records about one job. Capveon keeps them as one thing.

What it is made of

Integrations
Read from and, with approval, write to the CRM, ERP, estimating, project, document and email systems you already run. Where there is no API, Capveon uses the system the way a person would.
Entity resolution
The same customer, project, job, product or document under four names in four systems becomes one record with every source attached.
Document understanding
Specs, bid sets, award letters, reports and emails read as sections and clauses, not keywords. Scanned PDFs and spreadsheets included.
Public data
Capital plans, solicitations, specifications, awards and funding records from thousands of agencies, read as one more source and attached to the same records.
Automation and prediction
Qualify, research, review, route, draft, write, forecast. Each one cites what it used. Predictions show the factors behind them.
Approvals, permissions and audit
A person approves every write. Access follows your directory. Every field records who approved it, when, and from which document.

How a deployment goes

  1. Working session

We sit with the people who do the work, pick the process that wastes the most time, connect read-only to the systems involved, and build the first version together. Usually one to two hours.

  2. Pilot

Your team runs it on real projects. Approvals and rejections tune the scoring and the routing. We adjust the workflow to how you actually work.

  3. Production

Writeback is enabled where you want it, behind approval. Production deployment is typically days after the pilot. Then we pick the next process.

Works with what you already run

Nothing is replaced. Read first; write only after a person approves.
