Capveon

Security, privacy and how the AI uses your data.

What we do today to keep your data separate and secure, and the one thing still in progress: our SOC 2 audit.

Each customer's data is walled off
The database separates every customer's records, so one company's data can't show up in another company's results.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Passwords, keys and other secrets live in a managed vault, never in our code.
Every answer has a source
Each answer and each filled-in cell links to the page it came from. Nothing you put in Capveon is used to train models.
A person approves every write
Before Capveon changes anything in another system, like adding a record to your CRM, someone on your team has to approve it.
Sensitive records stay restricted
You can mark a record as controlled, personal or proprietary. Only people cleared for that marking can open it.
SOC 2 in progress
Our SOC 2 audit is under way. Ask and we'll send our policies and a completed security questionnaire.

Read the privacy policy and terms.
