These terms cover this site and general use. The product itself is provided under a separate subscription agreement.

The service
Capveon connects the systems an infrastructure business already runs, reads the documents and public records around them, and does the work between them: qualification, review, routing, drafting, record updates and forecasting. Access to the platform is governed by a subscription agreement executed separately from these terms.
Coverage and accuracy
Capveon reads public sources and cites them. We do not guarantee coverage of every jurisdiction or every document, and where a fact cannot be cited the field is marked unknown rather than estimated. Nothing in the product is a legal, engineering or financial opinion, and a bid, quote or pricing decision remains yours.
Human approval
Capveon researches, scores and drafts. Any action that writes to a system of record or leaves your organization requires approval by an authorized person in your account. You are responsible for what your team approves.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to scrape or resell the public-record data wholesale, to circumvent rate limits, or to attempt to identify the data or pipelines of other customers. Access is per named user.
