What you’re missing with Starbridge.

What Starbridge does well. Starbridge reads board meetings, budgets and contract expirations across local government and education, enriches contacts, and can put you on contracts buyers already purchase from.

  • No price until you're scoped

Starbridge doesn't have fixed tiers. Its own blog says quotes are custom-scoped to each team's market and needs, so the number comes after the sales conversation.2

  • Federal is the lighter end

Starbridge says so itself: it's built for state and local government, K-12 and higher education, and teams whose pipeline is mostly federal will find less depth. Capveon covers federal, state and local agencies in one search on every plan.3

  • A proposal writer that's lightweight by design

Starbridge describes its AI proposal writer as lightweight by design, an accelerator that won't replace a proposal hire on complex solicitations. Capveon turns each RFP into a checklist and fills in every item it can from your past responses.3

  • Built for selling software and services

Starbridge says companies selling technology or services get the most from it. If you sell equipment or build things, the bid turns on specs, drawings, bonds and Buy America, and Capveon reads those for you.3

What Capveon does differently.

The work Starbridge leaves to your team, done for you, on the screens you’d use.

Every RFP checked against your list.

Choose the columns that decide a bid for you: scope fit, security requirements, insurance, set-asides, due date. Capveon reads every RFP and its attachments and fills them in, with the page behind each answer.

How Reviews works

Fill in what's new.

Each RFP you go after becomes a checklist you click through. Capveon fills in every item it can from your templates and past responses: company details, insurance, references, security answers and pricing. You accept what's right and answer what's new, and the next RFP already has it.

How Pursuits works

Federal, state and local in one search.

Describe your product in a sentence. Capveon checks federal agencies, states, cities, counties, school districts and transit authorities, including the ones that only post on their own portal, and brings back the RFPs that fit, with the reason each one fits.

Questions

Does Capveon do contacts and outreach like Starbridge?

Capveon's agency pages show who's involved at each agency. Starbridge goes further on contact enrichment and outreach. Capveon goes further on finding the RFP, checking it against your list and filling in the response.

Can Capveon put us on cooperative contracts?

No. Capveon notes when an RFP allows other agencies to buy from the contract, but it doesn't add you to contracts. If that's how you plan to sell, Starbridge does it.

How much does Capveon cost?

$299, $499 or $999 a month, listed on the pricing page, with unlimited seats. Enterprise, with single sign-on and a security review, is an annual agreement.
