What does unlimited seats mean?
Invite everyone who touches a bid: sales, estimating, proposals, leadership, the new hire. No plan charges per person. The whole team shares one monthly balance of AI usage.
What counts against our AI usage?
Work the AI does: Ask answering a question, a review reading the documents and filling in its columns, a draft being written. Searching, browsing opportunities and agencies, alerts and your saved views don't count.
What happens when we run out?
The AI work stops until you add more, and everything else keeps working. You can buy more usage, turn on auto top-up so it never stops, or move up a plan, where each dollar buys more usage.
Can we control who uses how much?
Yes. Owners and admins see usage by person and can set a monthly limit for each member and for the team. We warn you at 80% and again at 100%.
How does the free trial work?
You get seven days with everything, and enough AI usage to run real reviews and drafts on your own bids. We ask for a card at sign-up. Cancel in Settings before the seven days are up and you won't be charged.
Do we have to talk to sales?
No. You can sign up for Plus, Pro or Max online in a couple of minutes. Talk to us if you need single sign-on, a security review, a signed contract or your own data connected.
Do the cheaper plans leave anything out?
No. Every plan covers the same federal, state and local agencies, includes early signals and has every feature. The only difference is how much AI work is included.
