How the plan is built
We read the whole exhibitor directory and your website, then pick the booths that connect to your work.
- We read the whole directory
All 1147 exhibitors as of September 15, 2026: name, booth, the product categories WEFTEC lists them under, and the description each firm wrote.
- Your answers narrow it down
What you do, who you want to meet and where you work cut the hall to a few dozen candidates.
- Your website adds the detail
We read your site once, so the reason and the question under each booth are about what you actually sell, not the one line you typed. If we cannot read it, the plan still goes out and says so.
- You get 8 to 12 booths, each with an ask
A Word document, in booth order. Each entry names the thing in that firm's listing that connects to your work and one question to ask standing there.

Questions
What you get, where it comes from, why we ask for your website, and what happens to your details.
- What do I get?
- A Word document, emailed to the address you give us, naming 8 to 12 exhibitors. Each one has a booth number, why that firm matters to the work you described, and one question to ask at the stand. Meetings are in booth order so the list works as a walking route.
- Is this an attendee list?
- No. It is built from the exhibitor directory, so it tells you which companies will be there and where. It cannot tell you who will be standing at the booth.
- Where does the information come from?
- The official WEFTEC exhibitor directory: company name, booth, product categories, the description each firm wrote, and its website. After you submit, we also read the websites of the exhibitors we are considering, the same way we read yours.
- Why do you ask for my website?
- Two reasons. It keeps your own booth off the list if you exhibit, and we read your site so the reason and the question under each booth are about what you actually sell. If we cannot read it, you still get the plan.
- Is it free? What happens to my details?
- Free. We email the document once to the address you typed. No newsletter. Details are in our privacy policy.
- Can I share it?
- Yes. The email lists the booths in the body, so forwarding it shares the plan. A colleague can also fill the same form at capveon.ai/weftec and get a plan of their own.
