Intake towers, Hoover Dam, Nevada

Every rep sees the whole account.

Capveon puts orders, quotes, specs, projects and distributor activity for each account in one view, predicts which quotes will close and which accounts are slipping, and drafts the follow-up.

Intake towers, Hoover Dam, Nevada. CC0, Katie Montgomery.

The account lives in five systems. The rep sees the one they logged into.

Orders, quotes, specs and distributor reports each live somewhere else, and the CRM has what the rep remembered to type. Nobody sees that an account's orders are down thirty percent while a competitor just got specified on its biggest project.

How it runs

A person on your team approves before anything is written to a system you run.

  1. Connect

CRM, ERP, quoting, distributor reports, lead services and email, read-only first.

  2. Resolve

The same customer, engineer, distributor, project and product under different names in each system becomes one record.

  3. Assemble

One account view: orders, open quotes, specs, projects, contacts and history, with every figure sourced.

  4. Predict

Which quotes are likely to close, which accounts are slipping, where a spec position is at risk, from your own history.

  5. Act

Prioritised follow-ups routed to each rep with a drafted note. A person sends it and the CRM is updated.

What goes in

  • CRM accounts and opportunities
  • ERP orders and invoices
  • Quotes, from wherever they live
  • Distributor sell-through reports

What comes out

  • One account view across systems
  • Quote close probability and account risk
  • Prioritised rep queue with drafted follow-ups
  • CRM kept current, after approval

Questions

Our distributors send reports as spreadsheets. Can you use them?
Yes. Spreadsheets, PDFs and emailed reports are read like any other source and reconciled to the same accounts and products.
How good are the predictions?
They are built from your own history and shown with the evidence behind them. Early on they are a ranked list your reps check; over time they are calibrated against what actually happened, and you can see the accuracy.
Does this replace our CRM?
No. Reps keep working in the CRM. Capveon fills it with what the other systems know, after a person approves.
